Feature:

 Nylon conveyor belt by the multi-storey nylon canvas bonded together by a certain way, from top to bottom coverage powerful flexibility good wear-resistant rubber, 

 Good belt spring, high mightiness, anti-impact, good winding resistance, good slot moulding, small elongating, suitable in middle and long distance, higher loading quantity, and high-speed conditions. The core layer has two materials: nylon6 and nylon66, the latter has better size stability under normal temperature and high temperature.

Application:

  Massive transfer of small and medium / grit / powder-like object, suitable for high-speed, the impact resistance of the long-distance transport.Can be widely used in conveying machine of coal,mine,ports,metallurgy,electric power,chemical industry,found,cement,etc.,are important fitting for various transport machine.

   Besides General-used EP Belt, there are Fire-resistant type, Cold-resistant type, Wear-resistant type, Heat-resistant type, Acid and alkaline resistant type, Oil-resistant type, Antistatic electricity type, High-grade type and etc.

   Besides GB/T7984(Chinese),we can conform DIN 22102(German),AS 1332Australianand JISK 6322(Japaness).According to customer specific requirements,the belt can be manufactured by consulting with us.
